Join the AHA
Avondale Homeowners Association membership is open to residents of Avondale, as currently defined by AHA bylaws. This includes Avondale Road, Champlin Drive, India Point Road, Grassland Way, Fox Run, Quail Run, Shepherds Run, Peep Toad Road, and the odd numbered homes on Watch Hill Road that lie between the ends of Avondale Road.
To join the AHA, please complete the form below. Annual Dues are $50 and can paid online or by sending a check (details below).
Once your membership has been approved, you can request a password to access the MEMBERS section of our website, which will allow you to view the AHA directory and more. Thanks for joining!

Dues are used to support the activities of the AHA, such as obtaining legal counsel regarding land use restrictions and airport expansion, providing support/recognition for others who enrich the Avondale neighborhood and to support our community notification programs which includes the AHA website.
